What should I do if the package is lost or destroyed by customs?

In the event of any delay because of customs or if your package does not reach you, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can re-ship to you without any delay. On a kindly note: if UPS or DHL or fedex show your package delivered in this case we will assume it has arrived to you.

Why Haven't I Been Provided with a Tracking Number Yet?

Could you please let me know why I haven't received a tracking number yet?
Processing and transit from our logistics center to your country take 7to14 days. Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, we’ll email you the tracking number. You can also receive it via email or WhatsApp.

Can I Return an Item for a Refund?

Yes, we accept returns as long as the items remain in their original, resellable condition. Please note that our products are shipped from China, and all returns must be sent to our designated address in that country.

How long will it take to receive my order?
