Shipping & Returns

Order Processing: Your order will be prepared in 1-2 days of time. We are going to check the quality issue by going to the warehouse personally so that you receive the best replacement.

Shipping & Tracking: A tracking email will be sent when we ship it so that you can track the delivery all along.

Delivery Time: It would take approximately 7-14 days for most of the orders to reach your place after the dispatch, depending upon your location.

Secure Packaging: To keep your kicks and the original box safe, we always double-box in a sturdy outer protective box.

Protective Guarantee: In the event your package is lost or held by customs, we will reship a replacement free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges as long as the product is in brand new condition and original packaging does not alter the resalable condition.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Keep in mind that there is a 5-8% processing fee (imposed by the payment provider).
