Use the KicksReplica website and its services, agreeing to the below terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Payments

 We periodically update our payment methods and may discontinue older ones. Please follow the instructions on our Payments page to complete your transaction. Manual payment is required for all methods except credit card payment. Extra charges may apply We will communicate any additional fees to you. The payment terms are subject to interpretation and enforcement at KicksReplica’s discretion.

2. Inventory & Orders

Real-time availability may not be reflected in the stock status shown on our site. Should an item in your order prove to be unavailable, we will contact you with available options We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these policies at our discretion and changes may apply without direct notice

3. Shipping & Delivery

To ensure the best delivery service, the choice of shipping carrier is at our discretion. Orders will be processed within 2-5 days after payment. Tracking information will be sent via email. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks under normal circumstances, although this is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable where a delay is reasonable.

4. Duties & Taxes

Applicable duties and taxes not covered by the shipper. Reports have it that less than 1% of shipments to the EU and 0.1% to North America incur surcharges.

5. Package Loss & Seizure

For the loss or seizure of a package, free reshipment is available only if customs insurance was purchased. In the event that no customs insurance was purchased, the reshipment of the order can be at an additional fee. Refunds will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

6. Failed Delivery

Customers have to monitor their shipments very closely. If a package is returned because the delivery failed and it cannot be recovered, then additional reshipment fees may apply, or else you may get a partial refund.

7. Post-Delivery & After-Sale

Support: Upon reception of your order, check the state of the items immediately. We do not offer extended quality assurance past a certain period after delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for support. Information on orders older than 5 months will be deleted, so please raise any concerns promptly.

8. Returns, Refunds & Compensation

In cases of returns, exchanges, or order-based issues, we can give compensation in terms of discounts or other benefits. Once a compensation agreement is reached, it cannot be changed. For returns and refunds not related to quality issues, please refer to our return policy. Find any major quality issues within a week of getting your package, and contact KicksReplica for help. Customers have to fully cover damages for things that come from their own actions.

9. Website Images & Content

All pictures shown on our site are real. Do not use any pictures without permission. We update our product listings Items that will not be put back in stock will be marked as “out of stock.” To the extent of inventory management by multiple entities, stock availability might change, and an item can go out of stock post booking your order. In case you find any disparities in our content, do let the KicksReplica team know.

10. QC Photos

If you need QC photos, please ask at the time of buying. We shall send these via WhatsApp before shipment.

11. Product Usage & Liability

Consequential Non-Personal Use By no means shall the company be held responsible for any liabilities resulting from the non-personal use of its products.

12. Customer Information & Privacy

KicksReplica values your privacy. We will not share the information with third parties. The order and inactive account data will be removed by the system after some period.

13. Changes to These Terms At any time

the company can make changes to these terms without any prior notice. KicksReplica has the right to change or take out any of these terms. The final interpretation of these terms will rest with KicksReplica. For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
