 1. Quality Issues

 We’ll look into the issue and provide appropriate compensation. Shoes that are defective or extremely damaged. Soles detached from the shoe. Incorrect style received (different from what they ordered) If the incorrect size is received in the case of picking the wrong size by the customer, returns will not be accepted. Kindly double-check your shoe size before placing an order and making a payment. 

2. Shipping Issues

 In case the sneakers arrive in bad condition, take pictures of them and send them to customer service. ‘We will assess the situation and recommend appropriate compensation.’ 

3. Customs Issues

 If customs seizes your package, we will resend new sneakers. (Note: We resend only once.)

 4. Return Policy

 We do not accept returned items that have been used or damaged, except as a third party may have engraved or altered the product. 

5. Order Cancellations
